Iryna Klym will soon celebrate her 14th anniversary of being in charge of the Foundation's finance.We must proudly admit that all the time the Foundation has been working with a high-class accounting and audit professional who has no fear of the administrative labyrinths and is conscious of donor control. The Foundation can be sure that the finance is guarded by a true professional. That is the reason why the next logical step for Iryna's professional advancement is financial control and grant analysis - functions that have started for her in 2007 and are likely to continue in our present and future programs.
